My Appeal
I'm running a marathon! Ok, so it's not all 26.2 miles all at once but I've committed to running 26.2 miles over the next several weeks as a fundraiser in support of the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe. I would love, love, love it if you could support me during this virtual race. I've set a $500 fundraising goal so donate a little or donate a lot- it all goes to helping homeless pets! Who knows I might be inclined to add some extra miles if I exceed my fundraising goal :-)

The Mission: The Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe (HSTT) is dedicated to saving and improving the lives of pets through adoption, community spay/neuter and humane education programs.
About the Organization:
Founded in 1994 by a group of committed volunteers, the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe has become the driving force in animal rescue and adoption for the Truckee region.
Over time, we have grown from a small grass roots entity to a nationally recognized non-profit organization with ten employees and hundreds of dedicated volunteers.
