My Appeal
Here are some of the ways your donation helps our students gain the skills, learn the habits, and get the exposure they need to become leaders:
$5,000 - Underwrites our Saturday program for 1 cohort of 26 6th graders, helping them gain the skills to succeed in middle and high school
$2,500 - Provides a paid summer internship at NJ LEEP to one college student, where they receive training, instructional coaching, and the opportunity to serve as a role model to younger students
$1,000 - Helps freshmen transition to high school and develop social-emotional skills through our Life Skills course
$500 - Helps a high school junior improve their ACT score by approximately 3 points, increasing their chances of being accepted into their top-choice college
$250 - Covers the cost of a high school sophomore in our debate program, helping them build public speaking, writing, and critical thinking skills
$100 - Pays for a 1:1 visit between our Dean of Student & Family Affairs and one family

The Mission: NJ LEEP helps low-income and first-generation students gain admittance to competitive colleges across the country, and to be career-ready when they graduate.
About the Organization:
This school year, NJ LEEP is serving more than 300 students from historically excluded communities.
We focus on three areas: skills - building the academic and social-emotional skills necessary to thrive; habits - creating opportunities to help students develop the habits required to excel; and exposure - ensuring exposure to the professionalism and maturity needed for college and beyond.
Our overarching goal is to help students gain admittance to competitive colleges across the country, and to be career-ready when they graduate. 100% of students graduate from high school.
