The Mission: Team Campbell Foundation improves the lives of families impacted by childhood cancer by raising awareness, funding research and providing enrichment opportunities that enhance their journey and give them HOPE today.

About the Organization: The Team Campbell Foundation was formed in late 2014 in memory of Campbell Hoyt, who courageously battled Anaplastic Ependymoma, a rare cancer of the brain and spine, for 5 years before passing away in August of 2014 at the age of 8.

Team Campbell Foundation is a registered tax exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS tax code.
