DHS Foundation Guardian Angel Fund
At Davis Health System, we don't believe anyone should avoid or delay important medical care because of cost. The Guardian Angel Fund provides direct financial assistance to our uninsured and under-insured patients. Your gifts provide medically necessary items, as well as services that contribute directly to their overall health, wellness, and quality of life. The Fund assists with prescriptions, lodging, medical supplies, wigs, dental repairs, food supplements, local transportation assistance, and other aid to patients. The Guardian Angel Fund also assists with co-pays for Chronic Care Management, Orthopedic Nutritional Counseling, and supports the Davis Medical Center Free Mammogram Program
