My Appeal
84% of the money raised through Tunch and Wolf's Walk for the Homeless provides life-changing resources for Pittsburgh's homeless, hungry, abused, and needy. The remaining 16% supports Light of Life's addiction and homeless awareness initiatives.
Thanks in part to the overwhelming support of last year's walk, we were able to:
- Serve 249,643 meals to men, women and children
- Provide 8,000 nights of shelter for men who were homeless
- Hold 800 chapel services
- Pack and deliver 1,300 Thanksgiving dinner boxes to families in need on the North Side
Every step you take for the homeless will help us reach our goals.

The Mission: Since 1952, Light of Life has been a place where hope and healing meet for men, women, and families experiencing homelessness, poverty, or addiction. We transform lives through the love of Christ.
About the Organization: Light of Life meets the immediate needs of Pittsburgh’s homeless and hurting, while empowering them to transform their lives through men’s, women’s and children’s programming.
