He's doing this to raise awareness of the growing Veteran Suicide Epidemic as well as the solution that our Nation's Warriors can find through the Mighty Oaks Foundation. While this alone is an impressive feat, we know that we’re able to accomplish so much more as a community. Together, we can create a movement that will change lives and bring hope to those who need it most. That's why we're inviting everyone to join the #22for22Challenge Whether you're a seasoned runner or a first-time participant, There's a place for you in the 22 for 22 Challenge. Join us as we work towards a future where no Veteran has to fight, alone. Let's work together to create a community of support and bring an end to the epidemic of veteran suicide. EACH DAY MORE THAN 20 VETERANS COMMIT SUICIDEThe battle against PTS(d) is fought on many fronts, and some of the deepest injuries our warriors carry - are wounds to the soul. We are calling upon our loyal supporters to participate in this community-wide fundraising event to bring awareness to our Nation’s warriors, first responders and the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress. Mighty Oaks Foundation serves and restores the Military and First Responder communities who have endured hardship in their service by connecting them to a new life purpose in Christ using resiliency and recovery programs.
