The Early Childhood Council for Yuma, Washington and Kit Carson Counties (ECCYWK) provides efficient, community-based infrastructure to support a state-wide early childhood system. We are rooted in values of community, collaboration and leadership on behalf of children birth through age eight. We are composed of community leaders from learning & development, health & well-being, and family support & education who are working toward comprehensive, systemic goals that meet the needs of child care providers, families and children in our communities.

To empower comprehensive, high quality, coordinated and accessible system of support for all children and families to ensure they are healthy and thriving.
