Wesleyan Community Care is a faith-based, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering local communities and enhancing the well-being of individuals and families across Australia. Our mission is to provide relief and assistance to those experiencing difficult circumstances, hardship, or needing support, whether temporary or long- term. This is achieved through a holistic approach that addresses financial, relational, social, physical, mental, and emotional needs. We firmly believe in upholding the dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity of every person we serve.
Working exclusively through partnerships with local organizations, Wesleyan Community Care focuses on building caring communities right where people live. They offer a diverse range of programs designed to support vulnerable populations, including family strengthening initiatives, migrant and Indigenous support, youth empowerment, health and well-being programs, and disaster and emergency relief. By collaborating with existing community efforts, Wesleyan Community Care ensures that assistance is tailored to specific local needs, fostering sustainable impact and helping communities flourish.
