The Live Like Roo Foundation was created after a pit bull was surrendered by his owner to Chicago Animal Care and Control and rescued by Sarah Lauch. His first vet visit revealed a cancer diagnosis and we decided to let him live out his life with a bucket list and no treatment. Roo’s adventures went viral and after he passed away, we created the Foundation to help others going through a really difficult time in their lives. Since 2016, we have granted over $3,000,000 in medical assistance and sent over 6000 cancer care packages. We hope that everyone will live every day like it is your last…Live Like Roo.
