My Appeal

Combining my passion for running with my passion in making a difference through the non-profit sector, I decided to join this campaign because I believe in the low and no-cost services that FACES provides for separting and divorced families. I resonate with the measured effectiveness in their reunification program, which reunites children with their parents after separation while providing the necessary counseling services, educational support, and educational classes. They intervene for the safety of the kids in cases of divorce and/or domestic abuse while assisting families that are undergoing separation.



FACES is committed to building healthy families and preventing domestic violence by providing counseling, educational groups, and supervised visits for family preservation and divorce help. Their intervention services are outcome-based, integrated treatment models that produce tangible results. They offer services on a sliding-fee scale, dependent on income; with certain programs, their services are free of charge. Combined with the stress of the pandemic and holiday season, it’s more important than ever that every child deserves a healthy living environment.
