The Mission: It’s the BIG Foundation’s mission to inspire the next generation of leaders in commercial real estate by creating a pipeline of future emerging professionals by providing them with career and wealth building opportunities that exist in the commercial real estate industry.

About the Organization: The BIG Foundation is committed to inspiring the next generation of CRE leaders by providing access to career and wealth-building opportunities. As a proud multi-year sponsor of the Real Estate Exchange (REEX) program, we’ve introduced over 750 high school students to the world of CRE. Partnering with top real estate organizations -including REEC, NAIOP, SIOR, PREA, ULI, CBRE, EY, Toll Brothers, NBBJ, and Keller Augusta - we’re building a strong pipeline of future professionals. Additionally, we collaborate with leading universities such as Cornell, Harvard, Howard, MIT, NYU, SMU, and the University of Miami through the REEX JumpStart Summer Program.
