About:
Kiwanis Club of the Valley, Auburn is vested in the community through service projects and hosting or supporting programs to positively impact children's lives.
We are active in school programs like Builders Club and Key Club, which helps students become leaders and involved in service projects in their community.
Aktion Club, whose members are individuals with disabilities learn to develop important social and emotional skills that promote meaningful connections with self, others and community.
We also sponsor student of the month for all Auburn middle schools and BUG (bring up grades) for elementary students to recognize student achievement.
We also sponsor CTE student of the month and scholarship program.
Organizations we support: DAWN (Domestic Awareness for women, men and children), Auburn Food Bank, YMCA, NEXUS (previously Auburn Youth Services), Children's Home Society, Community Supper, Kiwanis Children's Foundation and White River Museum. Soon to partner with Algona/Pacific Domestic Violence Task Force.
Mission:
The Kiwanis Club of the Valley, Auburn builds strong leaders through dedicated members providing leadership training and educational support with fun and fellowship while serving our community.
