The Team Campbell Foundation was formed in late 2014 in memory of Campbell Hoyt, who courageously battled Anaplastic Ependymoma, a rare cancer of the brain and spine, for 5 years before passing away in August of 2014 at the age of 8.
Team Campbell Foundation is a registered tax exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS tax code.
OUR MISSION:
Team Campbell Foundation improves the lives of families impacted by childhood cancer by raising awareness, funding research and providing enrichment opportunities that enhance their journey and give them HOPE today.
