August heat and humidity!

Ran at my sister's lake house at Merrymeeting Lake in New Durham NH. Slogging through the heat and humidity and hills, but having fun with it and God's reminding me as I run/shuffle along to pray for the Creative Life team and the kids in Thailand - that they would continue to "press on toward the goal" (Phil 3:14). 47 miles to go!
