ABOUT ELEVATE FREEDOM 2025 CAMPAIGN

The Elevate Freedom 2025 campaign runs from August 1 - 31, 2025, and is open to participants around the globe. This eight-week virtual movement challenge invites you to walk, run, bike, hike, or log any physical activity in support of Not Abandoned’s mission to bring freedom and restoration to survivors of human trafficking. As you move, you’ll raise vital funds that support trauma-informed care, vocational training, and long-term healing for women and children in some of the world’s most vulnerable regions. This year’s campaign theme—Hope in Every Mile—reminds us that every step we take creates real, lasting impact.
 
 
All participants will enjoy fun incentives and milestone rewards throughout the campaign. As you hit fundraising goals, you’ll unlock digital achievement badges and have the chance to win prizes from our partners and exclusive Elevate Freedom gear. Our top fundraisers and teams will be recognized on the campaign leaderboard and spotlighted on social media. Whether you're moving solo, forming a team with friends, or rallying your workplace, you'll be part of a growing community united by purpose. Every mile you move spreads hope—and together, we’re walking, running, and riding toward freedom.
 
 
Returning this year is Elevate Play, a fun and engaging way for kids 12 and under to join the movement! Through Elevate Play, young participants can earn mileage by simply being active—whether it’s tag in the backyard, time on the trampoline, riding a skateboard, or any kind of physical play. For every hour of active play, kids will earn a credit of 5 miles (or 250 footprint points) toward the campaign. It’s a great way to get the whole family involved and teach kids that they, too, can make a difference and bring hope in every mile.
 
*Children 12 and under are welcome to participate! They can sign up under a family account of a participating adult.
 
Special note: For those of you who are participating with mobility differences, heart disease, cancer, depression, or an additional challenge, you will earn 1.5 miles for every 1 mile completed. Simply reference our Equity and Activity Conversion Chart and manually log your activities as completed. Elevate Freedom is for everyone-- equity and accessibility matters!
