Healthy snack: “PROTEIN PB2 BALLS” 1 cup PB2 powder 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips (double boiler or microwave w/ 1/8 tsp coconut oil) Mix together PB2 powder and applesauce. Roll into 16 balls. Dip into melted chocolate. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
