Families in crisis often need immediate help with basic essentials but finding that help can be overwhelming. Harbor Point Outreach exists to meet urgent needs quickly, restoring dignity and stability for those struggling in our community.
Through partnerships with donors and volunteers, we provide food, clothing, and other essentials to families who are facing hard times. By addressing immediate physical needs, we create space for families to recover, rebuild, and move toward a brighter future.
Harbor Point Outreach is built on the belief that when neighbors care for one another, communities grow stronger. Every act of generosity makes a difference, turning hardship into hope and isolation into connection.
