At Harbor Point, Outreach is about showing up for people in real and practical ways. Right here in our community, we’re committed to helping kids, families, and individuals not just get by, but truly thrive:
Blessings in a Backpack makes sure children don’t go hungry over the weekend.
Homework Club gives students a safe place to learn and build confidence.
Loving the Elderly brings friendship and care to seniors who might feel forgotten.
Foster and Adoption Family Support provides encouragement and resources to families opening their homes to children in need.
Military Ministry serves those who serve our country including hosting hundreds of Marines on Thanksgiving Day to provide a home away from home.
Strong Families and Trafficking Survivor Support stand alongside people facing some of life’s toughest challenges.
These programs run entirely through the generosity of people who believe in making a difference. Every donation helps put food on a table, a smile on a child’s face, and hope in someone’s heart.
